FHIR Directory aggregates every public FHIR endpoint in the United States, as required by the 21st Century Cures Act. Each endpoint is enriched with FHIR version information, SMART on FHIR capability data, supported resource types, and per-resource read/write support, all probed automatically and refreshed daily from primary vendor publication points.
Every ONC-certified FHIR vendor is covered, including Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Athenahealth, Allscripts (Veradigm), Meditech, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Greenway, Practice Fusion, DrChrono, ModMed, Elation, Canvas Medical, and many more specialty and ambulatory EHR vendors.
FHIR Directory is built and operated by Luxera Software, LLC, a Minnesota-based engineering team specializing in healthcare platforms with deep FHIR and native EHR API integration. We also built EVAL Health, a clinical evaluation platform that integrates with EHRs via FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR.
