What we build

We design and ship full healthcare products, not just integrations. Recent work:

• EVAL Health — a clinical evaluation platform we built that connects directly to EHRs via FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR. Patient context launches, provider authentication, real-time resource sync, and a workflow layer on top of raw FHIR data.
• FHIR Directory — this project. A developer-first API that aggregates every public FHIR endpoint in the United States from every ONC-certified EHR vendor, with automated capability and SMART configuration enrichment.
• Vendor-specific integrations — Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), Athenahealth, Meditech, Allscripts (Veradigm), eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Greenway, Practice Fusion, DrChrono, and more. Each has its quirks around SMART launch, tenant IDs, scope handling, and auth flow that we've dealt with in production.

How we can help

Typical engagements look like one of these:

• FHIR API integration — building or refactoring the FHIR client layer of your product. We handle auth, pagination, resource sync, error handling, and the idiosyncrasies of specific EHR vendors.
• SMART on FHIR implementation — standalone launch, EHR launch, public vs confidential clients, backend services (client credentials with JWT assertion), PKCE, scope negotiation, refresh flows.
• EHR vendor onboarding — the paperwork, developer portal registration, sandbox access, production promotion, and compliance side of getting approved with specific vendors.
• Product design with FHIR as a foundation — when FHIR is central to your product and you want someone who has designed around it before, not someone learning on your dime.
• Architecture review — we can audit an existing FHIR integration, flag brittleness or security gaps, and recommend improvements.
