FHIR Directory is built and maintained by Luxera Software. We welcome community input to make this the most complete FHIR endpoint directory available.

Request a missing EHR vendor

Don't see your EHR vendor in the directory? Let us know and we'll add it.

Email support@luxera.io with:

• Vendor name — the EHR system name
• FHIR endpoint URL (if you know it) — the URL where the vendor publishes their endpoint list
• Any context — links to their developer docs, CHPL listing, etc.

If the vendor publishes a FHIR Bundle or JSON endpoint list, we can usually add them within a few days.

Report an issue

Found incorrect data, a broken endpoint, or a bug in the API?

Email support@luxera.io with:

• What you expected — the correct data or behavior
• What you got — the actual response (include the endpoint URL or ID)
• Steps to reproduce — the API call you made (curl command is ideal)

Request a feature

Have an idea for a new API feature, filter, or data field?

Email support@luxera.io with:

• What you need — describe the feature or data you're looking for
• Your use case — how you'd use it (helps us prioritize)

Data accuracy

FHIR Directory aggregates data from EHR vendor-published endpoint lists and the ONC Lantern registry. We scrape these sources nightly, but the underlying data quality depends on what each vendor publishes.

If you notice:

• Stale data — an endpoint that no longer exists
• Missing organization — a practice that should be listed under a vendor
• Wrong vendor attribution — an endpoint assigned to the wrong EHR

Please report it to support@luxera.io and we'll investigate.
